Moved here recently from NY, the complex is very similar to a luxury apartment I used to rent back home. The amenities are great, the gym ,the pool, and the tennis court make me feel right at home. With the exception that everyone here is courteous, genuine, and a true pleasure to be around (unlike NY)! The staff has been extremely helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone to move here.

I LOVE living at The Avenues of Lakeshore!! They place a lot of emphasis on community here and you feel like you’re joining a family. Just take a look at all these amenities! Just a few things pictured here. Super friendly and personable.

Wonderful place to live. The staff are very friendly and supportive. We recently needed a few minor fixes in our apartment and maintenance was quick to respond. James was very respectful, kind and communicative. Great to know there are men like him on the maintenance staff!

The Avenues of Lakeshore is a great place to live! Aside from its great location, the management team is the office is always friendly and ready to help. The maintenance team is prompt, respectful and never leaves a mess in my home if they come in for maintenence. I would absolutely recommend this living community!
